Into the 2010s
The Stokes Partnership (“TSP”) is planning for the 2010s. In challenging economic times, there has never been a greater need for solicitors to focus on client needs and optimise the delivery of services, for the benefit of clients.TSP's plans for the 2010s will focus on the firm’s core competencies in delivering excellent services to private and business clients, across all disciplines. TSP will not handle personal injury cases, but will make referrals to its connections, following the departure, by mutual agreement, of Michael Williamson.
TSP family services are at the forefront of modern practice, with Kate Lewis having achieved accreditation as a Collaborative Lawyer via Resolution (the Solicitors Family Law Association).
TSP is at the forefront of innovation and technology in its services, including property. Another first has been achieved. TSP was the first firm, through its specialist lender services unit trading as Fasttrac Solicitors, to connect to the Land Registry’s Business Gateway. Business Gateway is the Land Registry platform for supporting business to business Land Registry services, using XML protocols.
The experience gained as the first users of electronic charges and the Business Gateway is being shared with the legal profession, through a series of lectures involving TSP personnel, in major centres around the country.
