Seminars Well Received

Jonathan Stokes was one of the principal speakers in the autumn series of Central Law Training Seminars held in London, Southampton, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. The seminars focused on the challenges to the legal profession surrounding the introduction of the Land Registry’s new online information and e-conveyancing services. These new services will replace the existing systems that cease to be available from the end of March 2010.

The seminars were well received by the profession, and Janet Baker, training and program development consultant at CLT, reported being delighted with the feedback, which she describes as excellent.

Peter Reekie, the highly experienced and nationally renowned speaker on property law, commented that:

“I have an immense admiration for Jonathan’s skills as a presenter of courses. It is not often that one finds a professional lawyer who has a natural talent in this area. This, combined with his enthusiasm to share his hard earned expertise in management with an audience of his peers, makes for a warmth and openness of manner that is very engaging”

There are plans for a follow-up series of CLT seminars in the autumn of 2010, at which Jonathan Stokes and Peter Reekie will speak.
