As members of the Employment Lawyers' Association we provide litigation and advisory services to individuals and businesses.
We deal regularly with claims of wrongful and unfair dismissal and discrimination, acting for employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal as well as the County Court and High Court. We can assist with claims and advice relating to bullying, harassment, victimization and similar matters.
We prepare and advise upon compromise agreements, including complex settlements and tax saving schemes, redundancies and constructive dismissal.
Our advisory work includes preparation of contracts of employment at all levels, policies and procedures.
